The Company has set forth the Policies for Addressing Antisocial Forces to ensure sound company management through uniform organization-wide measures in response to antisocial (organized crime) activities.
Policy for the rejection of organized crime
For the purpose of blocking any relationship with antisocial forces, the departments in charge of general affairs and legal affairs are designated as the responsible units for the Company's response to antisocial (organized crime) activities. The Company has developed regulations, etc. for reporting and responding to occurrences of antisocial (organized crime) activity cases and resolutely opposes antisocial forces in collaboration with police departments and other external institutions.
Status of the development of the system for the rejection of organized crime
The status of the development of the system for the rejection of organized crime is as follows:
1．The Company has designated the departments in charge of general affairs and legal affairs as responsible units for its response to antisocial (organized crime) activities and has put a person in charge of unjust claim prevention in place.
2．For the purpose of rejecting opaque transactions, the Company complies with the organized crime exclusion ordinances enforced by the prefectural and city governments nationwide, endeavors to collect information and implement the screening of business partners and explicitly provides clauses regarding the exclusion of crime syndicates in various business contracts.
3．The Company participates in the Special Anti-Violence Countermeasures Federation of the Metropolitan Police Department and increases its collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Center for Elimination of Crime Syndicates and police authorities in order to share the relevant information and respond to unreasonable demands.
4．Based on the above policy for dealing with antisocial (organized crime) activities, the Company has established the Regulations Concerning Business-to-Business Anti-Violence Countermeasures and Special Violence Prevention Manual.
5．The Company provides training on responses to antisocial forces.
