JFE Systems, Inc. (President and CEO: Makoto Iwahashi, Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo - hereinafter referred to as 'our Company') announced the launch of a 24/7 network operation/management service.
Our Company has been providing network integration services for over 20 years, including network planning, design, set-up and operations, for the JFE group and other major Japanese companies. Bringing this expertise together, we will be starting a network operation/management service on January 11. In addition, a full-scale network operation service with extended functions and scope will be available in April. Our broad portfolio of services includes network operation/management, such as failure and performance monitoring/control, configuration management, and integrated help desk.
The scope of service will be further extended to services needed for integrated IT asset management, and will focus on utility management of application servers (CPU) and storage, data management including application updates, data backup and virus protection.

The service will be gradually extended to application server management and IT system management, which we will provide to our existing customers along with network operation and management.
