First of all, I'd like to thank you for your interest in JFE Systems, Inc.

JFE Systems was established in 1983, as an independent entity when the former Kawasaki Steel Corporation spun off its IT division. Since then our business has grown steadily, thanks to our customers who realize the advantages of our managerial resources as highly beneficial for system development.

In the 1990s, we made a managerial decision to go public in order to pursue further growth and improved performance, when our percentage of sales to the customers except our parent company exceed more than 50% .
In 2002, JFE Systems was successfully listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
I'd like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to everyone who has supported us.

Following the consolidation of our parent company (now named JFE Steel) in April 2003, we have changed our corporate name to JFE Systems, Inc.
Now we have made a new start as a core member of the world-leading JFE Steel group to achieve further growth.

After becoming President and CEO of JFE Systems in June 2003,it has always been my belief that, as a business principle, "Think customer success first and Offer the customer our best".

I have always had a great respect for and taken pride in our company resources - especially our great staffs.
In addition, I have devoted full attention to establish a corporate culture that faces any forthcoming changes in the business environment and greets them as simply an opportunity to learn from new challenges.
I assure we are constantly learning and making improvements to achieve strong management practices.
